The Hub ingested update files from the organization\u2019s direct mail vendor and incorporated gifts processed internally by staff into a single, authoritative database. Acting as the data foundation behind fundraising campaigns, the platform harmonized data across sources, resolved duplicate records, and ensured donor information was consistently updated and maintained over time.<\/p>

By centralizing data preparation and stewardship in one environment, the Hub made data flows easier to understand and manage.
