She is committed to delivering communications and training programming to help meet goals for end-user adoption.<br><br>\nWith both nonprofit and consulting experience, Noel has worked in organizational change management for over a decade, including for Indeed, Visa, Progressive, Liberty Mutual, University of Denver, Texas Windstorm Insurance, and the Texas Department of Transportation. She has worked closely with business units as well as in IT environments, and loves working across disciplines to create change.<br><br>\nWith every engagement, Noel is passionate about the customer experience and the employee experience. She is thrilled as a Heller Consultant to use her skills in digital transformation for nonprofit projects.
