For Heller Consulting\u2019s newest hire, digital transformation is about getting back to the mission.<\/p>\n

\u201cI would love to see every organization I work with experience their technology with a complete lack of frustration\u2014maybe even joy!\u201d Blackbaud Consultant Venta Cantwell<\/a> said.<\/p>\n

\u201cNo one goes into nonprofit work for the fame and riches\u2014we are all deeply driven by the desire to do good with our lives. Technology should only make that drive easier.\u201d<\/p>\n

Venta brings three decades of experience as a fundraiser and database manager to her new role helping nonprofits get the most from their Blackbaud tools. Her goal is to make development processes and systems so simple that fundraisers can focus on growing their organizational capacity.<\/p>\n

Heller has a long history with Blackbaud products<\/a> and we were focused on Raiser\u2019s Edge from our first days in business. Venta will work with other members of Team Heller to find the best tools, processes, and methodologies for our clients. She expects a lot of her work to be helping orgs extend Raiser\u2019s Edge with Microsoft Power Apps<\/a>.<\/p>\n

\u201cOur world would not be the same without nonprofit organizations, they make an incredible difference to our quality of life,\u201d Venta said.<\/p>\n
